HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Presents Delta With Royal Recognition at KMUTNB

Bangkok, Thailand, March 15, 2019-Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL. was a distinguished guest at the KMUTNB Techno Exhibition: 60 Years of Invention Challenges to Innovation event presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and held at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB).

At the award presentation held at the Pradoo Daeng Auditorium, Her Royal Highness presented royal plaques and royal tokens of appreciation to recognize the contributions to innovation by the distinguished guests. Mr. Hsieh Shen-yen, Delta President, represented Delta to receive the royal recognition. After the ceremony, Her Royal Highness opened a new Exhibition Ground at the university campus.

At the event, Delta has exhibited Delta Industrial System and Machine including Energy-Regenerating Systems, Hybrid Energy Saving Systems, Programmable Logic Controller, Area Sensor and DMV Ethernet Communication.

Delta has supported automation education at KMUTNB ever since it signed an MOU with the Faculty of Engineering in 2015. In 2016, Delta opened the first smart automation lab in Thailand at KMUTNB as part of the Delta Automation Academy program which aims to prepare Thailand's youth for Industrial 4.0 innovation. The Delta Industrial Automation Labs offer advanced industrial automation training to outstanding Thai students in Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University and King Mongkut's University of Technology in North Bangkok, Thonburi and Ladkrabang.
