--Oilfield services and equipment company Schlumberger Ltd. plans to consolidate some product lines and will see moves among some executives in the coming months, Reuter reported Thursday, citing a memo to employees "dated on Wednesday and reviewed by Reuters."

--The changes will see the company consolidate 17 product lines into four divisions, and will also result in several executives changing positions or leaving the company, the report said.

--A spokesman for Schlumberger didn't immediately respond to a request for comment, the report said.
