This announcement is made by the board of directors (the "Board") of Tong Ren Tang Technologies Co. Ltd. (the "Company") on a voluntary basis.

To the best knowledge of the directors, the workshops and production lines of Beijing Tongrentang Technologies Chengdu Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, have complied with the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmaceutical Products ("GMP") upon on-site inspection and technical audit and received the GMP Certificate issued by Sichuan province Drug Administration. The related information is hereby announced as follows:

III. Market condition

Beijing Tongrentang Technologies Chengdu Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Company. Its main business is processing and extracting Chinese medicinal raw materials, and providing extraction of Chinese medicinal raw materials for the Company. Therefore, there're no comparable products of the same type in the market.

IV. Impact on the Company

The aforesaid workshops and production lines passed the GMP authentication and were granted GMP Certificate, which indicates that the related production lines of the Company meet the requirements of GMP. Obtaining the GMP Certificate for this time will not have any significant impact on the production and operation of the Company.
