Regarding the voting rights notification pursuant to Sec. 43 para. 1 WpHG submitted to us on March 14, 2020 that Zou Qian and Youth PTE. Ltd, Beach Road, #33-06, 26 Singapore 189768 (the 'Notifying Parties') have exceeded the threshold of 3%, 5%, 10%, 20% and 25% of the voting rights in windeln.de SE (the 'Issuer') on February 26, 2020, we hereby announce the following: 1. The Notifying Parties pursue the implementation of strategic objectives regarding the Issuer by holding shares of the Issuer. 2. Subject to the development of the value of the shares, the Notifying Parties may consider to buy additional shares and, hence, voting rights but may also reduce their stake in the case of bad performance. 3. Depending on the Issuer's performance in the comings months it is envisaged to influence the composition of the administration, management or supervisory board of the Issuer. 4. The Notifying Parties do not plan a significant change of the capital structure of the Issuer at the moment, in particular in relation to the debt / equity ratio as well as the dividend policy. 5. The voting rights held by the Notifying Parties were bought by utilizing equity and not debt.
