BANK OCHRONY SRODOWISKA S.A. released 8 December 2016
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state, the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw hereby informs that, on 8 December 2016, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority expressed consent to the appointment of Mr Stanisław Kluza as the President of the Management Board Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A.
Thus a resolution of the Supervisory Council of the Bank appointing Mr Stanisław Kluza as the President of the Management Board of BOŚ S.A. of 7 December 2016 came into force.
Information about the professional career of Mr Stanisław Kluza and other information specified in § 28 of the Regulation were made public in the current report 19/2016 of 18 March 2016 and its accompanying report 21/2016 of 24 March 2016.
