The Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("the Bank") hereby informs that, on 15 December 2016, it was informed that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("KNF") accepted on 14 December 2016
"Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. Rehabilitation Program" ("the Rehabilitation Program"), taking into account the comments and information which KNF expressed in the letter sent to the Bank.
The Bank informed about KNF recommendations regarding the Rehabilitation Program in its current reports Nos.: 32/2016 of 24 May 2016, 48/2016 of 26 July 2016 and 51/2016 of 26 September 2016.
Legal basis:
§ 78 subpara. 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member state.
