CROOZ, Inc. (headquarter: Minatoku, Tokyo; CEO: Koji Obuchi; hereinafter 'CROOZ') hereby announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Travel Online Co., Ltd. (headquarter: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takeyuki Fukumoto), an online travel business operator, has changed its name to CROOZ TRAVELIST Inc. (hereinafter 'CROOZ TRAVELIST') and concurrently revamped its low-cost airline ticket sales site 'airtown,' relaunching it as 'TRAVELIST by CROOZ.'
