ANNOUNCEMENT ON SALES PERFORMANCE IN AUGUST 2017, REAL ESTATE PROJECTS MARKETING PLAN FOR SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER 2017 AND ACQUISITION OF NEW PROJECTS

The Company and all members of the Board of Directors warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement, accept jointly responsibility for any false representations, misleading statements or material omission contained herein.

In August 2017, the Company recorded contracted sales area of 695,000 sq.m., an increase of 25.68% over the same period of last year; and the corresponding contracted sales amounted to RMB 12.03 billion, an increase of 40.37% over the same period of last year.

From January to August 2017, the Company recorded accumulated contracted sales area of 4,874,000 sq.m., an increase of 24.30% over the same period of last year; and the corresponding accumulated contracted sales amounted to RMB 90.27 billion, an increase of 48.88% over the same period of last year.

Recently, the following projects have been added to the Company's portfolio:

Jinhua Jindong District Kangji Bridge East Plot is located in Jindong New Town in Jindong District, Jinhua City. It stretches east to the planning road, south to Qingzhao Street, west to Kangji Street and north to Dongxing road. It has a total site area of 69,073.28 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 1.5. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 103,609.92 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 656.196 million.

Jinhua Jindong District Kangji Street No.2 Plot is located in Jindong New Town in Jindong District, Jinhua City. It stretches east to the planning road, south to Qingzhao Street, west to planning road and north to Dongxing road. It has a total site area of 43,598 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 1.5. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 65,396 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 553.688 million.

Ningbo Yinzhou District Jiangshan Town No.8 Plot is located in Jiangshan Town, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. It stretches east to Jinger Road, south to Jianghuan East Road, west to Tiantong South Road and north to the Harbor City. It has a total site area of 33,937 sq.m. and a planned plot ratio of 1.8. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 61,086.6 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 708,604 million.

Hangzhou Jianggan District Xiasha College Town North No.2 Plot is located in Xiasha college town north, Jianggan District, Hangzhou City. It stretches east to Zongbei Road, south to Lingyun Street, west to Chunxin Road and north to Yunshui Street. It has a total site area of 38,504 sq.m. and a planned plot ratio of 2.4. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 92,410 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 12.354 billion.

Nanjing Pukou District NO.2017G25 Plot is located at the west of Guangming Road in Pukou District. It stretches east to Guangming Road, south to Lixin Road, west to Yuanli Road and north to existing road. It has a total site area of 83,377.37 sq.m. and an

above-ground planned plot ratio of 2.5. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 208,443 sq.m. The land is for urban residential land use with land use right granted for a term of 70 years. The final price of the project is RMB 41.5 billion.

Qingdao Shibei District Joy Harbor City Project is located in C Zone of Joy Harbor City in Shibei District. It has a total site area of 63,678 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 0.9. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 57,318.3 sq.m. The land is for urban commercial land use with land use right granted for a term of 40 years. The final price of the project is RMB 199.1811 million.

Shanghai Xihongqiao 07-04 Commercial Plot is located at the north of Xunan Road Qingpu District. It stretches east to 07-03 Plot, south to Fagjiatang Road, west to Zhuqiaotou Road and north to Gaoguang Road. It has a total site area of 33,807.1 sq.m. and an above-ground planned plot ratio of 2.5. The GFA based on the plot ratio is 84,517.75 sq.m. The land is for commercial and official land use with land use right granted for a term of 40 and 50 years respectively. The final price of the project is RMB 963.7 million.
