MATERIAL FACT

São Paulo, October 5, 2018 - ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. ('Company' or 'EcoRodovias Infraestrutura'), ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ('EcoRodovias Concessões'), RODOVIA DAS CATARATAS S.A. - ECOCATARATAS ('Ecocataratas') and CONCESSIONÁRIA ECOVIA CAMINHO DO MAR S.A. ('Ecovia' and, together with Ecocataratas, 'Subsidiaries'), in compliance with CVM Instruction 358/02, hereby inform the market and their shareholders that the State Government of Paraná published on the night of October 4,2018, in the State Register of Paraná (Diário Oficial do Estado do Paraná), Decrees 11,241 / 18 and 11,244 / 18 ('Decrees'), declaring intervention by the State Government of Paraná in Concession Agreements 073/97 and 076/97, signed by the Subsidiaries and the State of Paraná, through the Paraná State Highways Department (DER / PR), on November 14, 1997.

The interventions decreed will initially be limited to one hundred eighty (180) days and come into effect on the date of their publication.

The Subsidiaries will take the appropriate legal measures to safeguard their rights guaranteed by law and in the Concession Agreements
