Reference is made to the announcements of the Issuer dated 7 May 2014 and 13 June 2014 in relation to the issue of Securities.

Pursuant to Condition 6(b) of the Terms and Conditions of the Securities, the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Securities on 7 November 2019 (being the First Call Date) at their principal amount together with any Distribution accrued to such date (including any Arrears of Distribution and any Additional Distribution Amount).

As at the date of this announcement, the outstanding principal amount of the Securities is US$750,000,000. Following such redemption, the Securities will be cancelled and the Issuer will apply to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the withdrawal of the listing of the Securities.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement that are not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Securities.
