The new award category recognises concepts for use by families and being both family and child-friendly.

Greene King's Farmhouse Inns was awarded the best Family-Friendly brand award at Wednesday night's Peach 2020 awards ceremony held at The Brewery, London where leading out-of-home eating and drinking industry's brands and individuals were honoured.

The award winner was selected based on data from CGA's exclusive BrandTrack consumer survey, and Farmhouse Inns gained high marks both for use by families and being both family and child-friendly, as well has improving the most over the year.

The brand aims to provide the best dining experience for customers of all ages, with a simple approach to food, including a vast range of tasty pub favourites as well as a traditional daily carvery. There are X restaurants across the country and the brand has pioneered Greene King's fight against food waste by partnering with Too Good To Go, enabling customers to save meals towards the end of the business' day from going to waste. Meals are typically half price or less, with the Greene King carveries costing from only £3.29.
