Linedata Lending & Leasing named 'Active Listener' of 2019 and ranks in the top third of Commercial Loan Origination Systems.
Linedata (Euronext Paris: LIN), a global provider of credit and asset management technology, data and services, has been named the Active Listener of 2019 by research and advisory firm Aite Group, based on a vendor survey published recently. The recognition is a nod to Linedata's commitment to humanizing technology in order to best adhere to client needs. Additionally, Linedata ranked among the top third of Commercial Loan Origination Systems in the same survey.

In noting the rationale for this award, Aite Group stated that, 'By keeping a keen ear pointed towards its customers, Linedata pulled off a recent transition that enables it to deliver more value. As a result of its many touch points with clients, among which were regular discussions, user groups, and independent studies, Linedata noticed that its lending and leasing clients' behaviors had evolved and learned that they expected a new type of attention.'
To respond, Linedata separated one larger group into two dedicated teams to address client needs with its lending and leasing solutions. One of the teams, Account Management, was created to partner with clients to better understand their needs, challenges, future strategy, objectives and expectations. The other team, Professional Services, is focused on identifying ways clients can maximize their investment in Linedata's Capitalstream solution, a credit origination and risk management solution.
