EXTENSION OF SUNSET DATE

FOR DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

DISPOSAL OF 100% OF THE ISSUED SHARES

IN GL FOOD HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.

AND

SUBSCRIPTION OF PROMISSORY NOTE

Reference is made to the announcement of Mason Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 14 November 2019 in relation to, among other matters, disposal of 100% of the issued shares in GL Food Holdings Pte. Ltd. and subscription of promissory note (the "Announcement"). Capitalised terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement unless the context requires otherwise.

As additional time is required for the fulfilment of certain conditions of the SPA, on 31 December 2019, the Company, Mason Dairy, WHAI and WHA have agreed that the Sunset Date will be extended to 7 January 2020. Save for the aforementioned, all other terms and conditions of the SPA remain unchanged.
