Burkhalter Group purchases electrical engineering company in Davos

With effect from 6 January 2020, the Burkhalter Group is acquiring Elektro Christoffel, Inhaber Andrea Stiffler AG, in Davos Platz in the canton of Grisons. The company employs 20 people and generates annual sales of around CHF 2 million.

Zurich, 6 January 2020

Elektro Christoffel has been successfully operating in the regional market since 1963 and primarily offers traditional electrical engineering services. The company will be merged with Caviezel AG, which already belongs to the Burkhalter Group and is based in Davos Platz. The current owner, Andrea Stiffler, will continue the office under the name Elektro Christoffel together with his successor, Patrick Gurini, deputy managing director of Caviezel AG. All employees will be kept on.

It remains part of the Burkhalter Group's strategy to gain additional market share by selectively acquiring other electrical engineering companies.
