The Management Board of Famur S.A. (the "Company") announces that today, on February 18th 2020, it has been notified that the other party, i.e. Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. of Wrocław ("Credit Agricole", the "Bank"), signed an annex, dated February 14th 2020, to the credit facility agreement of February 23rd 2018, as amended (the "Agreement", the "Annex", the "Facility"), announced by the Company in Current Report No. 14/2018 of February 23rd 2018.

Under the Annex, the Facility amount is increased from PLN 50m to PLN 81.3m, and is available in the form of:

1. an overdraft sub-facility of up to PLN 50m, and
2. a guarantee/counter-guarantee/letter of credit sub-facility of PLN 50m.

The aggregate value of the two sub-facilities may not exceed the total Facility amount of PLN 81.3m.

In addition, under sub-facility (2) granted under the Agreement referred to above:

• the letters of credit/bank guarantees of approximately PLN 15m already issued by the Bank on instruction from the Company's subsidiary Famur Famak S.A. become liabilities of FAMUR S.A., and
• a revolving sub-facility of PLN 7m for guarantees/counter-guarantees/ letters of credit for Famur Group and Famur Famak Group companies has been established.

Other material terms and conditions of the Agreement, including the repayment deadline, remain unchanged.
