Completion of Convertible Bond Issue

SEC Newgate (AIM: SECG), the international communications, advocacy and research group, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 25 February 2020 and following the filing of the extraordinary shareholders' meeting resolution with the Companies Register in Italy, the €2.5 million convertible bonds today have been subscribed and issued to Inveready Convertible Finance Capital I FCR and Inveready Convertible Finance Capital SCR S.A., each a fund set up or managed by Inveready Asset Management S.G.E.I.C., S.A.
