COLLECTION OF QUESTIONS FOR 2019 ANNUAL RESULTS

PRESENTATION

This is a voluntary announcement made by the board of directors (the "Board") of China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. (the "Company")

The Company proposes to disclose its 2019 annual results on the website of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk) on 22 March 2020, and convene 2019 annual results presentation on 24 March.

In order to actively respond to the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange for the protection of minority investors at the critical period for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Company is now collecting relevant questions from investors regarding its 2019 annual results and operation in advance, and widely soliciting their opinions and suggestions.

Investors may put forward relevant questions by sending emails to ir@cpic.com.cn by 23:59 p.m. on 21 March 2020, and questions of their common concerns will be answered by the Company at the 2019 annual results presentation.
