Expedia Group (the "Company") is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace. To the extent that the Company retains a search firm to identify candidates for Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), the Company will instruct the search firm to include qualified candidates with a diversity of race/ethnicity and gender in the initial pool from which the Company selects CEO candidates.
