Traumhaus AG: Report on the Covid 19 pandemic Wiesbaden, March 27, 2020. Traumhaus AG today commented on the Covid 19 pandemic. This includes, for example, the relocation of capacities. Delays in building completion cannot be ruled out in the future. In the area of ??property acquisition, we see a noticeable drop in supply. Nevertheless, there is still a range of very attractive potential properties, especially in the Rhine-Main and Rhine-Ruhr priority regions. The procurement of land takes place under the given conditions to a limited extent. In this area, Traumhaus AG is very well positioned due to its well-filled pipeline. The company currently sees the greatest restrictions in the area of ??project development. The public traffic is severely restricted or even discontinued by both the authorities and many of the service providers. Traumhaus AG as well as the entire construction industry therefore expects delays in the granting of building permits. "We pay attention to a solid liquidity cushion from the start, so that we can currently secure our operations," Sinner and further: "In addition, we are of course also currently examining all options of the special programs from KFW and countries in order to ensure a much longer" shutdown "To be prepared." There were no changes in the sales area up to the 12th calendar week. Since this week, due to official regulations, there are no more viewing appointments. Nevertheless, 10 units were handed over in the first quarter, sales talks with institutional investors are currently taking place as usual.
