LUXEMBOURG - Due to the exceptional circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic, Shurgard has decided that the attendance for its AGM, to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 2020, can only happen via Power of Attorney to the Chairman of the meeting or by Vote by Correspondence, as provided by the grand ducal regulation on 20 March 2020. All shareholders are invited to consider the new additional convening notice, available on the Shurgard's corporate website.
