TOKYO, April 24, 2020 - Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced today that the company will delay the announcement of the company's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, which had been scheduled for May 13 (Wed), 2020. See details below.

1. Reason for Postponement

Although Casio had been preparing to announce its financial results on May 13 (Wed), 2020, the company now expects certain account settlement procedures and audit work at domestic and overseas units to be delayed due to lockdowns around the world to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus and increased telework under declared states of emergency. For these reasons, the company has had to postpone its originally scheduled announcement of financial results.

2. Updated Schedule

The announcement of financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020 has been rescheduled for May 22 (Fri), 2020.
