There have been no reports of injury or illness reported to Mondelēz Global to date related to this product and we are issuing this recall as a precaution.
Consumers who have this product should discard any product they may have. Consumers can contact the company for more information about the recall.
The recall was initiated after discovering that certain lots of OPTAVIA Essential Old Fashioned Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal packets inadvertently contain undeclared traces of milk. The issue was discovered when the company was contacted by a customer. No other complaints have been reported and no other products are affected by this issue.
If consumers have product with the indicated lot numbers and "Best By" dates, they have been advised to destroy it.
The actual product in the bags may be 16 oz. Challah Bread which was mis-labelled as Sliced Columbia Bread and the label does not declare egg.

This product is also subject to a Product Recall Information Notice because it contains the illegal dye Rhodamine B, which may pose a health risk.
Consumers who have bought the above product have been advised not to eat it and instead contact the company to arrange a refund. If customers are making an essential trip to the store from where it was bought, they can also return the item in-store for a full refund.
