NORTHLAKE, Texas (AP) _ Farmer Brothers Co. (FARM) on Thursday reported a loss of $39.8 million in its fiscal third quarter.

The Northlake, Texas-based company said it had a loss of $2.32 per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 22 cents per share.

The coffee and tea company posted revenue of $129.1 million in the period.

Farmer Brothers shares have fallen 46% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 59% in the last 12 months.
