HAMILTON, Bermuda (AP) _ Frontline Ltd. (FRO) on Wednesday reported first-quarter profit of $165.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Hamilton, Bermuda-based company said it had net income of 84 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 91 cents per share.

The shipping company posted revenue of $411.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $288.5 million.

Frontline shares have declined 39% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 16% in the last 12 months.
