Mapletree Logistics Trust : Corrigendum to the 3QFY2019/20 and FY2019/20 Results Announcements

ANNOUNCEMENT

CORRIGENDUM TO THE ANNOUNCEMENTS ON:

1. 2019/20 THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND DISTRIBUTION DATED 20 JANUARY 2020 ("3QFY2019/20 RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT"); AND
2. 2019/20 FULL YEAR UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND DISTRIBUTION DATED 23 APRIL 2020 ("FY2019/20 RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT")

Mapletree Logistics Trust Management Ltd., as manager of Mapletree Logistics Trust ("MLT"), wishes to clarify that the disclosure tables on page 10 of the 3QFY2019/20 Results Announcement and FY2019/20 Results Announcement, respectively, should be reported as per the information disclosed below to reflect that certain borrowings repayable after one year are secured over certain properties in Malaysia and Japan.
