Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. ("JAT") hereby notifies that it has postponed the release of its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, initially planned in May 8, 2020, to June 4, 2020, as described below.

Details

1. Reasons for the Postponement of the Release of the Financial Results

In response to the state of emergency declared by the Japanese government following the novel coronavirus pandemic, JAT has been taking measures giving utmost consideration to the health and safety of its executives and regular employees and this has resulted in delays in account settlement operations. For this reason, JAT anticipates that it would be difficult to announce the consolidated earnings on the initially planned date of May 8, 2020, and therefore decided to postpone it.

2. Future Schedule

JAT now plans to release its financial results on June 4, 2020.

3. Impact of the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic on Earnings

JAT is currently in the process of verifying the impact of the novel coronavirus pandemic on its consolidated earnings for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020. If it identifies any matters that need to be disclosed, it will announce them without delay.
