Suspension of the administrative proceedings regarding granting the authorization to establish a mortgage bank within the structure of the Santander Bank Polska Group.

In reference to current reports no. 8/2018 of 7 March 2018, no. 9/2018 of 8 March 2018 and no. 9/2020 of 6 May 2020, the Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ('the Bank') advises that it received a ruling of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority dated 26 May 2020, pursuant to which the administrative proceedings regarding granting the authorization to establish a mortgage bank within the structures of the Bank's Group have been suspended.
