Singapore Exchange Ltd. announced Tuesday that it will launch 10 single stock futures contracts on June 15.

The exchange said underlying securities for the contracts are Keppel Corp., DBS Group, Singapore Telecommunications, Thai Beverage, Wilmar International, United Overseas Bank, OCBC, Genting Singapore, ComfortDelGro and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding.

It said the move was in response to "growing client demand for a broader suite of Singapore-linked equities and futures."

The exchange also announced that it had signed a license agreement with MSCI Inc. for four Singapore index products, enabling it to continue listing SGX MSCI Singapore Free Index futures and options and net total return contracts.

The exchange last week announced that it would gradually discontinue MSCI equity index futures and options contracts from next year, but retain listings for MSCI Singapore futures and options.
