Arvida : Change in Venue for Annual Meeting

CHANGE IN VENUE FOR ANNUAL MEETING

19 June 2020- Arvida Group Limited (NZX: ARV) advises a change in venue for the Annual Meeting of shareholders.

The new venue for the Annual Meeting is Cordis Hotel, 83 Symonds Street, Auckland.

The meeting will still proceed on the previously notified date and time of 10.30 a.m. on 3 July 2020. All other details of the Annual Meeting, including the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting, remain unchanged from those notified to shareholders on 26 May 2020.

Light refreshments will be served following the Annual Meeting.

Shareholders proposing to attend the Annual Meeting should note they will be required to comply with Cordis Hotel health and safety procedures.
