Resignation of the managing person

Grupa Żywiec S.A. Management Board ( "Company") informs that on 1st and 2nd July 2020, Company received the statements from the Mr. Michael McKeown and Mr. Luca Giordano about their resignation , effective from September 2020, from position of the Member of the Management Board of Grupa Żywiec S.A.

Resignation of Mr. Michael McKeown is related to the completion of the integration process of Browar Namysłów Sp. z o.o. and the Company.

Resignation of Mr. Luca Giordano is related to the implementation of her further professional plans in the Heineken Group.

Mr. Michael McKeown took the function of Member of Management Board of Grupa Żywiec S.A. in 2007 and Mr. Luca Giordano in 2015.

Legal basis: § 5 point 4) Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.

Grupa Zywiec SA is a Poland-based brewing company. The Company's principal activities include the production and distribution of beer products. The Firm's offer consists of brands such as Zywiec, Heineken, Desperados, Warka, Tatra, Specjal, Strong, Lezajsk, Namyslow, Desperados, EB, Zlaty Bazant, Krolewskie and a portfolio of specialties, which includes foreign beers, such as Paulaner, Murphy's and Fisher, as well as Polish beers Zloty Denar, Zamkowe, Kaper and Zywiec Porter.
