SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by Beijing Capital International Airport Co., Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 14 July 2020 in relation to the profit warning of the Company (the "Announcement"). Unless the context states otherwise, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to further inform the shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the preliminary assessment of the unaudited management accounts of the Company and the information currently available to the Board, the Company is expected to record a net loss at an approximate amount ranging from RMB740 million to RMB810 million for the six months ended 30 June 2020 as compared to the net profit of approximately RMB1,290 million for the corresponding period of the previous year.

The expected net loss for the six months ended 30 June 2020 was mainly attributable to the factors mentioned in the Announcement.

The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the management of the Company with reference to the management accounts of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2020, which have not been confirmed or reviewed by the auditors or the audit and risk management committee of the Company. The interim results announcement of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2020 is expected to be published by the end of August 2020 in accordance with the requirements of the Listing Rules.
