Berkeley : Last homes launched at Snow Hill Wharf

The final collection of homes at Snow Hill Wharf were revealed in August, as St Joseph launched The Regent.

The new building comprises 108 apartments, which overlook the Birmingham & Fazeley Canal in Joseph's award-winning development.

Snow Hill Wharf is bringing more than 400 homes to Birmingham's historic Gun Quarter, with architectural details inspired by the craftsmanship that the area became known for.

More than 40% of the site is dedicated to outdoor space, including canal-side gardens. St Joseph has restored the canal wall with Canal & Rivers Trust, and revitalised the adjacent towpath - adding new lighting and creating an ongoing management regime to restore it as a safe and attractive walking route for the community.
