By Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, today announced that Prudential Preferred Properties has joined the brokerage network and is now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Properties. The company, a brokerage leader in the greater Scranton market, is among the first to join the brand following affiliate launches in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia and Washington.
"Our transition date to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brokerage network couldn't come soon enough," said Broker/Owner Robert Vanston. "Our new chapter with this brand will only strengthen our position as a leader in northeast Pennsylvania real estate."
Vanston described the brand as a true "door opener" for his agents and company. Vanston commemorated the brand today during an agent meeting at the brokerage's Clarks Summit headquarters. "The market potential of a real estate company representing a brand inspired by Berkshire Hathaway will set new standards in our industry," he said. "It's an exciting time at our company."
