Aliansce Shopping Centers S.A. Appoints Rafael Sales as Executive Vice President, Effective May 17, 2017

Aliansce Shopping Centers S.A. announced that Rafael Sales will become Aliansce's Executive Vice President, effective May 17, 2017. Reporting to Aliansce CEO, Renato Rique, Rafael will oversee the Company's operational, financial and investment activities. Rafael Sales has been a member of Aliansce's Board of Directors since 2014 and has been actively involved in the development of the Company's strategy, working closely with the executive officers. During the last three years he was a member of the Compensation Committee and participated in the main investment decisions. In 2016 he was appointed to lead a Temporary Executive Committee, comprised of board members, who coordinated and worked together with senior management in defining and implementing the strategy of acquisition of Shopping Leblon by Aliansce, as well as the capital increase.
