Allreal : Thomas Wapp resigns as CFO of Allreal – Marc Frei will be the new Head of Finance

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Glattpark, 14 December 2022: Thomas Wapp (*1972, Swiss) has decided to resign as CFO and member of Group Management of Allreal as of the end of June 2023, in order to implement personal plans for an extended stay abroad and then take on a new professional challenge. Marc Frei will be the new Head of Finance without becoming a member of Allreal's Group Management.

Marc Frei (*1986, Swiss) has been Head of Controlling for Allreal since 1 April 2019 and in his capacity as a Swiss certified expert in accounting and controlling, he has extensive expertise and sound financial knowledge. With the appointment of Marc Frei as Head of Finance, Allreal's continuity and solid financial position will be ensured in the best possible way.

Since 1 April 2017, Thomas Wapp has assumed overall responsibility for the Finance division of the Allreal Group and has been closely involved in and successfully supporting the steady growth of the company in recent years.
