Almarai Announces the Resignation of Abdulrahman Bin Abdulaziz Al Muhanna as Managing Director, Effective July 1, 2015

Almarai announced the resignation of a board of directors member, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al Muhanna from his current position as Managing Director. He will continue to serve as a non-executive board director. He submitted his resignation as Managing Director to the Board on May 25, 2015, which was accepted by the Board of Directors on the same day.

His resignation as Managing Director will be effective from July 1, 2015. Mr. Abdurrahman's withdrawal from his executive role was motivated by personal reasons.
