LAS LAGUNAS PROJECT FINANCING

PanTerra Gold Limited (ASX: PGI) (PanTerra Gold or the "Company"), advises that it has formalised an arrangement with the principal lender to its Las Lagunas gold/silver project, Macquarie Bank Limited, whereby the current loan balance of US$22.71 million will be reduced by US$5.0 million on 31 March 2015, and thereafter by US$1.0 million per month until 31 August 2016, with a final payment of US$710,000 on 30 September 2016.
