Total traffic measured by the number of kilometres travelled increased by 2.6%
year-on-year in the third quarter of 2010.

Light vehicle traffic continued to increase, growing by 2.1%.

Albeit at a slower rate than that recorded in the second quarter, recovery in
heavy goods vehicle traffic continued, with an increase of 6.2% from the third
quarter of 2009.

Excluding Construction, consolidated revenues totalled EUR558.3 million in the
third quarter of 2010, an increase of 3.5% from EUR539.4 million in the third
quarter of 2009.

Excluding specific events, light vehicle traffic has increased steadily since
the beginning of the year. It rose by 2.4% year-on-year in the nine months to 30
September 2010.

Heavy goods vehicle traffic continued to increase, growing 5.9% year-on-year in
the nine months to 30 September 2010.

However, it remained 10% lower than the traffic recorded in the first nine
months of 2008.

Excluding Construction, consolidated revenues to 30 September 2010 totalled
EUR1,489.4 million, an increase of 4.5% from EUR1,425.6 million from the first
nine months of 2009.

Toll revenues, which accounted for 97.2% of total revenues, were up by 4.6%. 

Other revenues (retail facilities, telecommunications and other) decreased by
0.9%. 

Toll station automation

Some 169,500 electronic toll badges were sold in the first nine months of 2010,
an increase of 26% year-on-year.

There were nearly 864,000 active electronic toll badges in circulation managed
by APRR and AREA, an increase of 22% from 2009.

Electronic toll collection accounted for 43.7% of all transactions to 30
September 2010 compared with 41.5% to 30 September 2009.

Automated transactions accounted for 76.3% of total transactions to 30 September
2010 compared with 72.1% to 30 September 2009.

At 30 September 2010, 121 out of the network's 145 toll plazas had been totally
or partially automated.

(*)	As a reminder, the application of IFRIC 12 as from 1 January 2009 involves
recognising Construction revenues that correspond to infrastructure construction
services carried out by concession operators on behalf of the concession
grantor, subcontracted to third parties and recognised on a
percentage-of-completion basis.
