Progress share buyback programme 19-22 January 2021 for employee share plan

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) announces the following transactions, executed within the share the share plan for employees of a.s.r. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The share plan of up to € 7.5 million was announced on January 15, 2021 and will be executed from January 19, 2021 to February 1, 2021. An overview of the transactions in the past week, including the cumulative final total of the repurchase programme, is given below. All shares that have been repurchased are listed on Euronext Amsterdam.
