ASR Nederland N : a.s.r. koopt aandelen in voor aandelenplan medewerkers

a.s.r. koopt aandelen in voor aandelenplan medewerkers

ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) kondigt de inkoop van gewone aandelen aan voor een bedrag van

• 7,5 miljoen. Deze aandelen worden ingekocht voor het aandelenplan voor medewerkers van a.s.r. en haar 100% dochterondernemingen.

a.s.r. zal in de periode van 19 januari 2021 tot en met uiterlijk 1 februari 2021 eigen aandelen inkopen tot een maximum bedrag van € 7,5 miljoen. Het in te kopen aantal eigen aandelen valt binnen de machtiging van de algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders van a.s.r. die verleend is aan de Raad van Bestuur op 20 mei 2020. Het aantal aandelen dat wordt ingekocht bedraagt circa 220.848, op basis van de openingskoers van het aandeel op 15 januari van € 33,96.

Er is een onafhankelijke broker aangesteld voor de uitvoering van het inkoopprogramma. De exacte timing van de aankopen wordt bepaald door de broker, onafhankelijk en zonder inmenging van a.s.r. De uitvoering van het inkoopprogramma is afhankelijk van marktomstandigheden.

De voortgang van de inkoop zal wekelijks bekend worden gemaakt via een persbericht en op de website van a.s.r., via: www.asrnederland.nl/nieuws-en-pers/pers.
