Amman, Jordan, December 5 2016 - Astellia, leading provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, is participating as a strategic technology partner in the 6 annual Zain Technology Conference. The theme of this year's conference is 'Moving Forward', reflecting Zain's engagement to thrive as a digital lifestyle enhancer.

Through its keynote presentations and roundtable panel discussion, Astellia will show how it is helping Zain to create long-term revenue streams by cementing customer loyalty and monetizing network data.

Astellia will highlight the results of a 3-year CEM program implemented at Zain Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through use cases such as churn prediction, advanced Quality of Experience for video streaming and other mobile apps. Astellia will further focus on how it is accompanying this opco in their evolution towards a service and customer focused organization through the implementation of a Service Operation Center (SOC).

Astellia will address how Zain Bahrain is increasing marketing and customer care efficiency through a Customer Insight Lab, co-developed with Astellia two years ago. Through relevant case studies Astellia will also show how to unlock the potential of geolocation in 4G and IoT.
