Announcement of Ex-Dividend Date / Dividend Payment Date

The company "ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT S.A." (or "Company"), announces following the Ordinary General Meeting resolution dated on 25.04.2024, decided the distribution of remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of a gross amount of €99,000,000 or €0.33 per share.

The above amounts of remaining dividend are subject to withholding tax of 5%, in accordance with paragraph 1.a) of article 64 of Law 4172/2013, as applicable, (excluding or varying the withholding tax rate for shareholders subject to special provisions). The net payable remaining dividend would amount to €0.3135 per share.

As of Tuesday, 21 May 2024 the shares will be traded on the Athens Exchange without the right to remaining dividend (cut-off date).

Beneficiaries of the remaining dividend shall be the shareholders of the Company, who are recorded in the Register of Dematerialized Securities System (DSS), on Wednesday, 22 May 2024 (record date).

The payment of remaining dividend (deducting applicable taxes and charges in accordance with the relevant law provisions) will commence on Tuesday, 28 May 2024 and will be processed through the "PIRAEUS BANK S.A.", as follows:

1. Through the operators of the beneficiaries in the Dematerialized Security System (Banks, custodians and securities firms), according to the ATHEXCSD Rulebook and ATHEXCSD's relevant resolutions.
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are kept in the Special Account of their Share in the DSS under the management of ATHEXCSD, dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legitimation of their heirs, through
   "PIRAEUS BANK S.A." network for five (5) years from the end of this year (namely, until December 31st, 2029).

Collection of the dividends in case (2) is possible from any branch upon presentation of their Identity Card, the printed details of the Code Number DSS account information, either in person or by a legally authorized representative.

Dividends not collected within five (5) years are prescribed to the Hellenic State.
