BM&F Bovespa SA's Board of Directors elected the company's executive board with a mandate of two years and there were two changes. The first one is that the company's Chief Product officer, Marcelo Maziero, has decided to leave the company. They elected Mr. Eduardo Refinetti Guardia to replace Maziero, so from now he will be the Chief Product and IR Officer.
The Board of Directors also approved Daniel Sonder as the new CFO to replace Mr. Eduardo Refinetti Guardia. Daniel and Eduardo worked together 10 years ago when Eduardo was the Secretary of Finance for the state of São Paulo. Daniel currently serves as the Managing Director responsible for structure credit funds at Credit Suisse, which he joined in 2006.
