(www.borsaitaliana.it), sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "1Info" (www.1info.it), nonché sul sito internet della Società, all'indirizzowww.benistabili.it(Investor relations / Documenti), il prospetto contabile e la relazione al 31 ottobre 2018, approvati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione di Beni Stabili in data 28 novembre 2018, in conformità all'art. 2433- bis, comma 5, del Codice Civile, e in relazione ai quali è stato acquisito il parere della società di revisione EY S.p.A.

Rome, 14 December 2018 - The Company announces that the following documentation, is available, from today, at the Company's registered office in Rome, on the Borsa Italiana S.p.A.'s website (www.borsaitaliana.it), on the authorised central storage mechanism "1Info" (www.1info.it) and also on the Company's website atwww.benistabili.it(Investor relations / Documents) the interim balance sheet and the report as at 31 October 2018, which were approved by the Board of Directors of Beni Stabili on 28 November 2018 pursuant to Art. 2433-bis, paragraph 5, of the Italian Civil Code, and in relation to which the auditing firm EY S.p.A. issued its opinion
