Better For You Wellness, Inc. announced at the board meeting held on October 1, 2021 that the Board nominated and appointed Montel Williams, David Deming, and Joseph Watson to the newly formed Audit Committee and Board nominated and appointed Leslie Bumgarner, Montel Williams, and Joseph Watson to the newly formed Compensation Committee.
Better For You Wellness, Inc. operates a dual buy-and-build model within the wellness industry. Mango Moi, LLC offers a natural skincare and body care product line with naturally clean ingredients to soothe dry skin, eczema, psoriasis, and cracked skin. Its products are produced using various ingredients, including mango butter, baobab oil, kukui nut oil, and murumuru butter.
