Bhartiya International Limited Declares the Payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2018; Announces Director Changes

Bhartiya International Limited announced that at its AGM held on September 28, 2018, declared the payment of final dividend of INR 1.20 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.

The company also announced the tenure of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit as independent director of the company has completed with the conclusion of AGM on September 28, 2018.
