In conformity with the Consob requirement of 12 July 2013, pursuant to Art.114 of Legislative Decree no.58/98, Biancamano Spa hereby provides the following information relating to 31 December 2014.

The inevitable consequence of the Group financial stress was: the initiation by some trade partners of actions before the court aimed at collecting their receivables, for a total of approximately 65,940 thousand euro, including: 45,821 thousand euro which has already been settled, 13,654 thousand euro currently being settled and finally 6,465 thousand euro which was challenged.

Pursuant to article 154-bis of the Italian Consolidated Finance Act., the manager responsible for drafting the corporate documents, Alessandra De Andreis, declares that the disclosure contained in this press release corresponds to the documentary results, books and accounting entries.

Biancamano is the main Italian private operator in Waste Management sector, leader in the Urban Cleaning integrated Services. The Group, through its subsidiary company Aimeri Ambiente, is specialized in planning, managing and controlling the complete cycle of the environmental operating services: from the collection and transportation of Municipal Waste, to the separate collection, to the streets sweeping and washing, and to the realization and management of the ecological platforms, on behalf of local public organizations and private operators. The Group furthermore manages disposal and storage plants. With about 2,000 employees, 2,900 vehicles and a GPS advanced control system, the Group is present throughout the national territory.
