Squat dominant workout by Valdemar Fredriksson. Try this next time at the gym!

Start, set focus - do 3 rounds of:
a1. 3x12 Wide Stand side-to-side touch
a2. 3x12 Wide floor touch
a3. 3x3.3.3 Squat - narrow, normal, wide
B. 4x8 Barbell Back Squat
Rest 120 sec between sets.
c1. 3x12 Alt. Reverse Lunge
c2. 3x8 Dumbbell Split Stance RDL, each leg

Circuit training - do 4 rounds of:
d1. 20 Target Jumps
d2. 10 left, 10 right Wide Stand Plate Halo
d3. 20 Russian Twist
d4. 12 calories Air Bike
Rest 90 sec between rounds.

Super set definition:

A super set is when you move quickly from one exercise to the next one, without rest in-between sets. This means C1+C2 is a super set, and also D1+D2+D3+D4.
