The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of the special resolution approving the change of name of the Company by the Shareholders at the AGM held on 5 June 2017, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name and the Certificate of Secondary Name were issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 28 June 2017, certifying that the Company has changed its name and was registered as "BOE Varitronix

Limited" and was registered with the secondary name "京東方精電有限公司" on 6 June

2017.

Reference is made to the announcement of BOE Varitronix Limited (formerly known as Varitronix International Limited) (the "Company") dated 12 April 2017 and the circular of the Company dated 27 April 2017 (the "Circular") in relation to, among others, the proposed change of company name and the announcement of the Company relating to the poll results of the AGM dated 5 June 2017. Capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless defined otherwise.

NAME CHANGE

The Board is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of the special resolution approving the change of name of the Company by the Shareholders at the AGM held on 5 June 2017, the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name and the Certificate of Secondary Name were issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 28 June 2017, certifying that the Company has changed its name and was registered as "BOE Varitronix

Limited" and was registered with the secondary name "京東方精電有限公司" on 6 June

2017.

The Company is in the process of completing all necessary filing procedures with the Companies Registry in Hong Kong. Further announcement(s) will be made by the Company regarding the change of the stock short name for trading of the Shares on the Stock Exchange.

CHANGE OF WEBSITE ADDRESS OF THE COMPANY

The website address of the Company has been changed from "www.varitronix.com" to "www.boevx.com" with effect from 4 July 2017.

CHANGE OF LOGO OF THE COMPANY

The Company has adopted a new logo with effect from the date of this announcement.

TRADING ARRANGEMENT

The Name Change will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders. All existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be effective and as documents of title to the Shares and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for free exchange of the existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates printed in the new names of the Company. Any new share certificates of the Company to be issued thereafter will be issued only the new name of the Company.
