- Postponement of Board Meeting
This is with reference to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and a letter of the Company dated 7th November, 2022 intimating the Stock Exchange that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14th November, 2022 inter alia to consider & approve and take on record an un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2022. Further it was informed vide letter dated 14th November, 2022 that the meeting shall be held on Friday, November 18, 2022. This is to inform you that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of Board of Directors which was scheduled to be held on Friday, November 18, 2022 i.e. today is now postponed. The date of the meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September 2022 shall be intimated separately. In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September 2022.
